She is a licensed broker with a track record for delivering exceptional results for clients adn partners, and passionate about creating value and opportunities for her clients and community.
Wendy’s background includes regional and national leasing, strategic development, management, marketing, operations, and consulting for tenants and owners in various sectors and markets. She has been an integral part of project teams with some of the highest profile properties nationwide including Fashion Island, Irvine Spectrum Center, Santa Monica Place and Fashion Show Las Vegas.
Wendy has been an active member of ICSC for over 25 years. She currently sits on the State Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Idaho/Utah whose mission is mentoring and educating young entrepreneurs. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Political Science.
